Using the principles of wellness and recovery, our multidisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, registered nurses, social workers, expressive arts therapists, and other mental health specialists, provide individualized care to meet each patient's unique needs.
Working from a systems framework performs individual, family and group assessments and implements case management functions for assigned patients. Assures completion of the utilization review process enabling patients to maximize their resources within the home and community. Actively participates in the delivery of patient care services and functions as a member of the unit team. Participates in Performance Improvement and in educational activities; supports research; supports development and community relations activities.
