::Coordinates with leadership, new practice staff and providers, and all members of the Onboarding Team to ensure operational problems are resolved during the on-boarding process and service excellence standards are developed. Serves as the initial main liaison between IPM South Texas and onboarding provider/acquiring practice.
Coordinates with IPM South Texas Market leadership and the on-boarding physician or practice to ensure operational best practices and service excellence standards are developed and maintained.
Implements strategic short-range onboarding processes to support the organization's and practice's goals. Responsible for the hand off to the managing Practice Administrator/Manager once project is completed.
Leads the IPM South Texas Onboarding team weekly calls. Maintains weekly reporting on status of providers onboarding/off-boarding etc for leadership team. Reports timely to IPM Corporate office of all onboarding /acquisition projects and progression.
Proactively manages changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Implements protocols to ensure IPM South Texas standardization and compliance of the integration process.
