Job Summary: The Medicare Sr. Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing providers and actively seek new sales opportunities. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key provider partnerships and preparing sales reports. The Sr. Account Manager also will answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, the Sr. Manager will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Care Coordination departments) to improve the entire customer experience. The Sr. Account Manager will be responsible for meeting sales goals and collaborating with our Care Management/Coordination teams to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run. This position may require occasional travel.
