Uses management processes to plan, organize, staff, direct, and evaluate the services of a quality fitness center. Other duties include reporting progress and effectiveness of programs to supervisor, assist in preparing budgets for fiscal responsibility, and coordinating various marketing and promotional efforts.

Bachelor of Science Degree in HEalth and Human Performance or related field with working knowledge of anantomy, kinesiology, and physiology.
