Hospice of Hope is seeking a full time Executive Director to lead the multi-disciplinary organization into the future. We are seeking a visionary servant leader with strong clinical, financial and regulatory knowledge, and a passion for hospice care. The ideal candidate will be decisive, possess a track record of high performance, and be equipped to anticipate and successfully navigate challenges. Desired personal characteristics include excellent interpersonal skills, insightful business acumen, emotional intelligence, tenacity, and an optimistic outlook tempered with realism. An ability to build trusting relationships and connect with culture, both within and outside the organization, is vital.
Oversight, compliance and leadership of all aspects of operation for the mission driven organization; including clinical, marketing, financial, hospice inpatient care, and assisted living
Develop and expand the revenue performance and business potential of the hospice and assisted living
Set standards and objectives to reach strategic goals
Represent the organization in the community and with state/national organizations

Hospice of Hope, based in Maysville, Kentucky is a community-based non-profit agency providing compassionate care to terminally ill patients in twelve counties in northeastern Kentucky and south-central Ohio. We are well-established in the service area after 30 years of service and focused on providing high quality hospice care. We supplement our traditional hospice services with two inpatient care centers and an assisted living facility. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in health care or business required, Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred • Extensive knowledge of health care financing and familiarity with state and federal regulations affecting programs and operation • Successful, sustained experience in leading progressive health care organization • Minimum of three years health care management experience • Residency within 12 county service area required
