High School Diploma or Equivalency required. Minimum of 3 years work experience in Blood Services Inventory and Business Operations Management, Planning, Warehouse, Storeroom and logistics operations preferred. Familiar with receiving/materials handling environment or related field. Able to prepare and maintain business records and results utilizing Microsoft Excel and other Blood Services and RWJUH. Must be well organized with excellent problem solving skills. Good oral and verbal communication skills, advanced knowledge of computers, and excellent customer service skills. Valid Driver's license, also required is a customer service orientation, a teamwork approach, flexibility, organizational and problem-solving skills and use of electronic tools.
