Our office, located in Howell NJ, in the Quail Creek Shopping Center, is seeking a PART-TIME dental hygienist/s. MONDAY 9/10AM-7PM, WEDNESDAYS 12 NOON- 6PM, FRIDAY 8AM-4PM & 2 SATURDAYS a month 8AM-2/3PM. We are currently growing and expanding our patient care hours so this position can grow to full time. Duties and responsibilities Include but not limited to: -Dental prophylaxis/scaling/application of fluoride varnish. -Perio charting -Oral hygiene instruction. -Taking digital x-rays. -Taking Intra-Oral Photos - Working in an all digital "paperless" environment and recording clinical notes digitally. - Sterilization of dental instruments and tools. - Chart dental conditions digitally based on dentist’s observations and evaluations. *Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene required. *Current NJ state license required. **Proficiency in paperless/digital dental environment a MUST*...* This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and collaborating with doctors Autonomous/Independent --someone who is a self starter and independent thinker.
