Chesapeake Health Care is a Joint Commission accredited FQHC covering the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland. Our women's health department includes 8 midwives alongside our 7 OBGYNs. You'll also have a Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists and a group of GYNs working with you under the same roof. The department hustles, delivering well over 2000 babies every year.
CHC also has departments in adult medicine, pediatrics, behavioral health, dentistry, and a pharmacy. We're the only group delivering in three counties, so you'll have the widest variety of patients imaginable.

- Graduate of an accredited school with a Master’s degree.
- Current licensure (or the ability to obtain licensure) to practice as a CNM in the State of Maryland.
- Unrestricted prescription privileges with current CDS numbers.
- Signed contract with supervising physician in area of practice.
- No history of Medicare or Medicaid fraud.
