We are seeking motivated dentists interested in mentorship, clinical autonomy, relationship-focused care, and long-term growth within a private practice environment.
Compensation: $300,000–650,000/ annually

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school • Active NY or PA dental license, or willingness to obtain licensure • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Interest in comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry
